There isn't one. Our commission is 1% + GST (minimum $11,000 inc GST), paid only at settlement. Marketing costs are separate and itemised before you sign. Portal listing fees are also separate, vary by property location and are quoted per property. You get a licensed, experienced agent, professional marketing, and traditional full-service support from listing to settlement. The only difference is you come to us.
Your commission, 1% + GST (minimum $11,000 inc GST), is paid at settlement, so nothing is due until your home sells. Upfront costs are your marketing package (LaunchPad Complete $980 inc GST or LaunchPad Elite $1,880 inc GST) and portal listing fees. Homes can be marketed on realestate.com.au and Domain. Portal listing fees are separate, vary by property location and are quoted per property. If you'd prefer not to pay marketing costs upfront, Pay Later through CampaignAgent can fund marketing campaigns and property preparation such as styling and staging, for a flat 7.65% one-time fee, subject to approval and conditions. Repayment is due at the earliest of settlement, deposit release, withdrawal, expiry of the sales authority, or six months from commencement.
